Everything about the experience was first rate. I was afforded the opportunity to view the selection without aggressive sales pitch. When the time was right I was offered assistance by Garrett who may be the most polite individual I have ever met. The courtesy continued through Jimmy the sales manager and Brian the finance manager. I can't express how enjoyable they all made the experience of purchasing my Indian Springfield..... The best customer service the minute you walk in the door. These guys did a great job showing me the different models, that were comfortable to me, and didnt force anything. This is the most amazing dealership. Wasn't sure I was going to be able to trade up but Adrian, Mike, and the rest of the staff (I can't remember all the names but there was a bunch of people helping) went beyond bending over backwards to get me a deal that would work for me and I left on my shiny new 2018 Roadmaster today (12/26/2018) and smiled the entire ride home. Recently purchased a 2018 Indian Scout Bobber from Adrian and the experience was excellent from beginning through follow up. Adrian was very knowledgable about the products and was very helpful in helping us pick the right bike for us. The sales manager was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process and worked with us to form a deal we were comfortable with. Adrian ensured the bike was delivered when promised and followed up after to ensure we had a good experience. I highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing a motorcycle to check these guys out. There is an Indian dealership a half mile from where we live which we were very unhappy with, when we made the drive to Daytona these guys "earned" our business, keep up the great work and we look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

As always I had a great experiance visiting this dealership. ABS light staying on at all times. I called and was able to bring the bike in the same day. Chade (service manager) got me in right away, they scanned the bike and determined the problem quickly. Steve (mechanic) changed the front sensor and test rode the bike. I had some Freedom True Duals installed on my 2014 Indian Vintage on 10/3/16 at 9:00AM. My experience was awesome. First of all Texas Pete, who I met when he was in Ocala handle the scheduling with Chade. Monday was a very threatening day as far as the weather was concerned. Chade got me in on time and George, did a superb job of installing the pipes and flashing the computer which made the Vintage run like a dream. I'd like to thank everyone for such a wonderful experience!!!! I dodged all the rain back to Astor and was a happy camper! I waited a month after my 66th birthday so that Indian of Daytona could do the work on the bike. Do you know how had it is to keep the pipes in the box for a month???? These guys are first class. Really enjoyed my buying experience on my dream bike - 2016 Indian Chief Classic. Raymond and Mike and the service staff are the best. Finishing up the paperwork, these guys stayed hours after close to clean the bike up and get it ready for me to take home. They are really polite and helpful and refreshingly genuine. A testimonial to Indian.... when I left Daytona, weather was okay but ended up riding through heavy storms for about half of my ride. Bike handled like a dream even in the worst weather I encountered. I will be a lifelong Indian of Daytona guy from now on.

I purchased a used 2014 Victory Cross Country. I have to say it was a pleasant experience. Brian was my sales agent. He was easy to work with. An interesting thing was that even though he asked for the sale (as any sales person should) he wasn't pushy. Brian introduced me to the Tony the Sales Manager early on prior to the sale. I was also met one of the technicians to review the bike before a test ride. Everyone I met that is part of the team was eager to help and seemed happy to be there. I wouldn't hesitate to buy there again.

I was in Daytona for Bike Week 2016 and experienced a problem with my 2015 Slingshot while there. I drove directly to the dealership and spoke with Chade in Service explaining my problem to him. He indicated he knew exactly what the problem was and that it was a recall issue. Chade was able to get my Slingshot in for service the next day and repaired not only the recall I was having an issue with but repaired another recall issue as well. I was very pleased with how he was able to identify and repair the issue and also squeeze me in during an extremely busy time.

Hey there just wanted to just say a few things thanks for all the service for the bikes i own just took my road master on a 3000 mile round trip to Michigan and back smoky mountains blue ridge and tail of the dragon and more. i put the new air filter on this bike it road great but at 7000 feet elevation felt it starve for some air and in a rain storm it sucked up a lot of falling rain other then those two items it works great at 80 miles an hour i was getting 40 miles to the gallon.Both bike are going great and the chieftain will be in soon for 20000 service well again its been a great ride with indian and the bike i own and hoping for adding to add to the collection bike by bike thanks Bob Sikorski

I found out about the fly-in-drive out program that Daytona Indian has. I decided what better way to get my first bike and do my first bike ride "EVER" than to do a cross country trip. I have a home in 3600 miles away from Daytona in Eastern Oregon so that would be my final destination and one heck of a trip I thought. I loved the customer care, willingness to help get me on the road with assisting in setting up the bike. Heck the service department even came outside to help me pack up the bike and get it ready for the long road trip...amazing!!! Mike Watts was my point of contact for internet sales and im sure I probably drove him nuts with all the questions I had. I was in Daytona for Bike week 2015 from Raleigh N.C. I had been looking at Indian Motorcycles for some time now. I met Kenny Smith one of your salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the product. We looked at a few bike options. He advised me to go to take a test drive at the demo tent by the Race track. The people there were very helpful. They knew the product inside out. I went to the demo tent and took a ride. I was sold. I went back to the dealer on Beach St and found Kenny. He actually remembered my name I was impressed. We looked over a few my options and I decided on the Vintage model. The staff at the dealership were very professional and helpful. I wanted to tell you I rode the bike the rest of bike week. It is fantastic everything they said it would do it did and more. The power is incredible and handles like a dream on and off the interstate. I returned to Raleigh on Monday and took it out for a spin. Fantastic on the back roads and a real head turner. Everywhere I went people looking and asking questions. I stopped at my old Harley dealer and it drew a crowed. I have ridden Harleys for several years and the Indian out performs it hands down. I bought the bike in Ocala from Tony who is the sales manager now in Daytona. He worked with me over 6 months until I decided to take his deal. They gave me $4000 more for my harley trade than the dealer I bought three bikes from....my first thought was maybe it was because the chieftain was new and had more margin in it but the bike is so good it doesn't matter. This bike has a great suspension and engine. I have had triumphs,a Honda gold wing and Harley's. If this bike is as solid as the first 3500 miles I will be very happy. I had a minor problem with the switch behind the clutch not allowing me to start it in gear. Their tech looked at it while I was there and took a part off a new bike to fix it on the spot. I was impressed. Then I had an S&S air cleaner put on for free with a Christmas special and they called me today to see how it performed and if I had any questions about the bike. It is nice to have three years of maintenance prepaid if they continue to show a real concern for customers. Good luck with the new business........now when can we test ride the slingshot?
