The deep, moody Abyss finish sets the tone, while that Red Allert punch adds just enough attitude to let everyone know this isn’t here to blend in.



At the heart of it all is the liquid-cooled PowerPlus V Twin: 1834cc (112ci) of 4-stroke muscle with 8 valves in an SOHC setup. Twist the throttle and you’re working with 126 bhp and a hefty 133 ft-lbs of torque at 3800 rpm—the kind of low-and-mid shove that makes passing feel effortless and long grades feel shorter. Fuel injection (with a 52mm injector size) keeps things crisp, while the 6-speed manual and belt-driven rear wheel deliver power with a smooth, confident feel.



This Challenger is built like a real touring machine, too. The aluminum frame keeps it composed, and the stance—65.7-inch wheelbase, 25° rake, and 5.9 inches of trail—is pure planted stability. Up front, a 43mm inverted fork with 5.1 inches of travel helps it stay calm when the road gets busy, and out back the twin sided swing arm with an air-adjustable shock and preload adjustment lets you dial things in for your load, your passenger, and your pace.



Stopping power comes from Brembo®: dual hydraulic front discs with 4-piston calipers and a hydraulic rear disc with a 2-piston caliper. It rolls on Metzeler CRUISETEC™ rubber—130/60B19 up front and 180/60R16 in the rear—mounted to chromed aluminum wheels.



Comfort and control are baked in, from the low 26.5-inch seat height and one-piece leather seat for two, to driver floorboards and passenger rubber foot pegs. For the long haul, you’ve got two vinyl side cases, LED lighting, and RIDE COMMAND™ GPS.
